About Me
Currently I am an Assistant Professor in the College of Business. I hold a Ph.D. in Organizational & Management with a Specialization in International Business from Capella University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
RESEARCH INTERESTS: As an organizational development consultant, I am a strong advocate that organizations can achieve extraordinary results by unleashing the power of the people within their organization. My research interests are those that will make a positive impact to an organization or community. Organizational Development based interventions that will impact the organization through business orientated research:

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: I serve on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Area Aging on Aging which is gateway for Medicare reform in Florida for seniors and disabled.
HOBBIES: My hobbies are growing orchids, playing golf, and boating in our South Florida sun. I visit assistant living facilities with my certified Pet Therapy dog Winston where he puts smiles on the faces of many seniors.
